Intramuscular shots and IV infusions that deliver vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants directly into your bloodstream — bypassing the digestive tract for near-complete absorption. All sessions are clinician-supervised at our clinic.
When you take a supplement by mouth, your digestive system absorbs only a fraction of it — sometimes as little as 20–30%. IV therapy bypasses the gut entirely and delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream, where they're immediately available to your cells.
Wellness shots work similarly — a concentrated dose administered intramuscularly for fast, efficient absorption. Together, they're the most direct way to replenish deficiencies, support immune function, boost energy, and accelerate recovery.
At Grace Care, every session is supervised by our clinical team — not a spa technician. Your protocol is selected based on your health history and goals, and we monitor you throughout.
IV drips deliver nutrients directly to your bloodstream at near-100% bioavailability. All infusions are administered by our clinical team in a comfortable clinic setting. By appointment only.
The original wellness IV, developed by Dr. John Myers in the 1960s and refined since. A blend of magnesium, calcium, B vitamins (B5, B6, B12), and Vitamin C that addresses a wide range of concerns — from chronic fatigue and migraines to fibromyalgia and general wellness.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential to every cell in your body — and it declines with age. IV NAD+ replenishes it directly, supporting mitochondrial function, DNA repair, neurological health, and energy metabolism at a cellular level.
Saline solution with a balanced electrolyte blend. Rehydrates faster and more completely than drinking water. Ideal after illness, hard workouts, travel dehydration, heat exposure, or simply as a reset after an exhausting week.
Oral Vitamin C caps out at about 200mg of absorption — IV delivers 10–25g directly into circulation. At those concentrations, it acts as a powerful antioxidant, supports collagen synthesis, and provides significant immune modulation that simply isn't achievable through supplements.
Glutathione (the body's master antioxidant), Biotin, Vitamin C, and B-complex delivered via IV. Glutathione at this concentration promotes skin brightening, collagen protection, and cellular repair from the inside out — results no topical product can replicate.
Built for athletes and active patients who push their bodies hard. Amino acids, magnesium, B vitamins, Vitamin C, and zinc work together to reduce muscle breakdown, speed tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and get you back to training faster.
These are the most common patient groups who use IV therapy and wellness shots at Grace Care.
Faster recovery, reduced muscle soreness, better hydration and electrolyte balance between training sessions.
Chronic stress, poor sleep, and erratic nutrition deplete nutrients fast. Shots and drips restore what's missing.
After a bad virus, surgery, or prolonged illness, IV nutrients help rebuild faster than diet alone.
NAD+, Glutathione, and B vitamins support cellular repair mechanisms that slow down as we age.
Tell us your goals, any symptoms, and relevant health history. Our provider reviews it before selecting your protocol.
Our provider selects the right shot, drip, or combination based on your goals and current health status.
Relax in our clinic while your drip runs (30–60 min for IVs, 5 min for shots). Bring a book or just rest.
We track how you feel and adjust your protocol over time. Many patients find a routine that works and stick with it.
IV therapy is generally very safe when administered by a licensed clinician in a medical setting — which is always the case at Grace Care. Mild side effects can include temporary cooling or flushing at the IV site. Rarely, patients experience temporary discomfort during infusion. Your provider reviews your health history before every session to screen for contraindications (such as kidney disease or certain cardiac conditions where high-volume IV fluids require caution).
It depends on your goal. B12 shots can be done weekly or monthly depending on your levels. Lipo-Mino is often done weekly as part of a metabolic health program. Myers Cocktail and Hydration drips are commonly done every 2–4 weeks for maintenance. NAD+ and specialty drips are typically done in a series (3–10 sessions) and then maintained monthly. We'll help you figure out the right cadence for your situation.
Most wellness IV therapies and shots are not covered by insurance, as they are elective wellness services rather than medically necessary treatments. There are exceptions — B12 injections may be covered when labs confirm deficiency and your provider documents it as a medical treatment. We'll be transparent about cost before your session so there are no surprises. We also work with HSA/FSA accounts for eligible services.
Yes — these two work well together. Peptides restore signaling pathways over weeks and months; IV therapy provides acute nutritional support in the meantime. For example, a patient on a BPC-157 recovery protocol might also use IV Vitamin C and Myers Cocktail to support tissue repair. Your provider can coordinate both if you're interested in a combined approach.
Medical oversight. At Grace Care, your IV is ordered and supervised by a licensed medical provider who reviews your health history, screens for contraindications, and is on-site to manage any reactions. Many drip bars operate with minimal medical supervision, off-menu ordering, and no real clinical accountability. When you're putting things directly into your bloodstream, that oversight matters.
Shots are quick — IVs are an experience. Either way, you'll leave feeling better than you walked in.
